Tastefully decorated and nicely appointed apartment close to public transport. Conveniently located close to local stores. A very warm and comfortable space. Josu was a friendly and helpful host who communicated well and was very accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable. Amazingly quiet with well-insulated windows. Location was ideal for visiting city on foot. Three supermarkets within a short distance. Professionally run with responsive assistance.

A good location,easy to walk into the city centre. All amenities close to hand,supermarket and laundromat along with cafes and bars. House manager very helpful throughout our 20 night stay.

We loved the style of the apartment, everything was clean and we even had some toasts, jam and coffee for the morning. The manager Josu was really helpful, we were really glad that we chose this apartment. Also, the location is great as well - a supermarket is nearby, the city center is within walking distance. And dogs are allowed, which made it perfect for us.

good location for visiting both the Guggenheim as well as the old city. The apartment is very complete and looks great! it is not on the sunny side of the street so stays relatively cool. Josu is a wonderful host who even reserved us a parking spot (parking is a challenge in Bilbao). Lots of nice little shops in the neighbourhood, as well as a few supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely clean apartment with everything needed for our stay. It's on a quiet street with supermarket near by and easy walking into Old and New Town, Guggenheim, the parks.... The manager Josu is very welcoming, friendly and proactive. We can highly recommend staying here.

The host was very kind and caring. He took care of all our needs. The flat was cosy and comfortable.

The only problem was parking the car.
