La cercacía a lugares de intetés. Apartamento amplio y limpio, muy luminoso.

La ubicación muy mala. Barrio habitado por inmigrantes sucios, reuniones en la calle hasta las tantas y a los gritos y en algunos casos peleas. Presencia policial a menudo

El departamento esta muy bien, es amplio y dispone de todo lo necesario

La ubicación. Esta frente a una zona de reunión donde el ruido por las noches se hace muy molesto. Se podría ver se mejorar las insonorización de la ventanas y así mejorar la experiencia de la estadía
