Fantástico apartamento en el centro de Bilbao

- central location next to the subway - very well functioning heating system - comfortable

Good location near football ground, metro right outside, bars, food shops and restaurants nearby. River and Guggenheim an easy walk. The apartment is spacious and quite well equipped.

Access to the building is by an online link which has to be activated by smartphone every time. Only one of our phones was registered to use the link. This was inconvenient as that person always had to be present when accessing the building. This should be clarified in the property description. We couldn’t work the microwave. Instructions needed. Inadequate furnishings in two of the bedrooms with no bedside table, or any storage apart from wheeled hanging rail. Nowhere to hang more than one towel in bathrooms.

It was a descent comfort apartment . It was acceptable for families. The apartment need renovation. It has mug and broken tiles at wc, bathroom and patio. Metro is just outside.

It was expensive for what it was.
