The location of the apartment is excellent, easy to find, close to everything.

The app to open the door could be a bit more intuitive, but that's not really the host's issue.

well-equipped spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the needed kitchenette. Nice location!

the only one thing - mattress in the bed was too soft and it was not so comfortable to sleep :(

"Other than a couple of problems we loved the apartment and it’s position ."

spacious with good size bedrooms and kitchen . Facilities very good.

Locking mechanism on front door broke which entry hard . Also needs a manual for hot plates, washing machine etc as we had a problem getting the washing machine door open !

"Alright for a short stay for a group."

liked the number of rooms which was enough for our group. Good that we had a washing machine and iron. Good location that’s walkable to everywhere including the Guggenheim and the Bilbao Intermodal bus station. The San Mames subway station is right in front of the apartment and a supermarket is nearby. Very safe area.

The main bathroom was rather dark and there was nowhere to hang towels. Power points were at odd places. Very hot at night. Could have done with some fans.
