Bright & Spacious 3BR, Mins from Downtown, Easy to Gillette, Parking

Very quick and responsive manager/owner. Answered fast and positive within short time on all questions. Very helpful. everything was done with 100% service focus. The solution with external parking was in the first place considered not optimal, but shortly proved to be excellent solution with perfect parking - even for a big SUV. Well done and worked excellent from start to end.

You need to know where to walk in Boston - so the area may have certain places you do not walk. However, not close to the appartment - so we felt safe and did not take any notice of any trouble. The apartment is right on the corner of a busy street - but we never had any issue with noise or anything. Quite opposite actually - because it was always easy to have the Uber pick up/drop off.

The apartment was a short, simple drive to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The kitchen and bathroom were updated and modern. The washer and dryer were a nice perk. The parking spot was a life-saver. A neighbor saw us and pointed us in the direction of Carson Beach for our morning run which was much appreciated. The owner was quick to respond to any questions over text message. She was kind and caring and we would definitely stay here again.

There was no Keurig or K-cup style coffee maker, but there were 2 regular style coffee pots. The owner had already texted me to ask if I found all I needed, so she did say it was probably time to purchase one. But there was coffee there and we purchased more at a local convenient store to use the regular coffee pot. I assumed a K-cup machine would be there but it was my misunderstanding of the listing, not a fault of the owner.

Roomy, well appointed, lots of amenities, parking provided.

Very cold in one bedroom. Personal items of owner throughout the unit(mail, shoes, etc.).

It was nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need if you are planning to cook. The property owner was really nice and helpful.

The host was exceptional. We had trouble getting in the door, totally due to our own error in finding the keypad. Elena was concerned and gracious and stayed on the phone with me until I got in the building. Once it was daylight, we were able to figure out that the keypad is actually on the door itself. We just couldn't see it in the dark. The space is comfortable and well decorated. The Dorchester area is revitalizing and found some cool spots. Banshee is a great Irish pub with a delicious grilled cheese. Dorchester Brewing is close by and a fun spot. Easy access to the subway at JFK/UMass station.

Bright and spacious apartment with everything you need for a few days. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Location is fantastic with the red line train stopping 10 minutes walk away. Communication with Elena was great. We even got a late check out, which we were thankful for. Parking space for a car is available (you might even fit two cars). Everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment does not get evenly warm. One bedroom is almost hot, the other a bit cold. Since there are extra blankets and the colder months are just starting,it was fine.

Very cute neighborhood a little outside of the city but still great locations and not too far from everything we wanted to see. Rooms were comfortable and lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, or at least everything we needed was there.
