The place is a beautiful apartment that is elegantly decorated. Built in 1907, the apartment has a modern kitchen, great heating and wifi. The host was prompt and gave great details. Location is pretty

The apartment was very big , comfortable , clean and only 15 minutes by car from the heart of the city. Elena was amazing she was very supportive and helped me out on every step of the way. Highly recommended.

"OK but could be refreshed to deserve the price"

Well equipped (appliances, tableware). Not too far from downtown (about 30 minutes: 10 minutes walk, then public transportation). Not too far from the Carson beach (25 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car if you have one) Beds are OK except the sofa.

Sofa, if you need it, is quite old and the mattress is very thin. Air conditioners in the windows are not very efficient: lots of noise but not much cooling ;-) Price is quite high but it looks like it's a general "problem" in Boston... If you come by car, it will be difficult to park it because all the streets around the house are for residents' permits only.

"Spacious but not clean"

Spacious Host was very nice and quick to respond

Place was not clean. Need to start with a real good deep cleaning and then a regular cleaning after every visit. Not enough dishes No parking spot. If staying during the week, good luck finding a spot. Laundry left in dryer Moldy dish left in dishwasher Coffee maker was gross. Needs cleaned. Thankfully we found a little one that was cleaner. No wash clothes. Not enough bath towels we had to use beach towels.
