Good view

Nobody was there during check-in, the place is locked from the outside and you need a key to get in where on the inside your key is. The place feels very old compared to a hotel. There are flies and mosquitos everywhere so we couldn't sleep. During the morning cleaning staff came when we were sleeping to clean.

Location is good, in the center of Brienz town, with a beautiful view from the apartment. Brienz Lake is amazing, with splendid Alps against the lake. Rooms are clean and tidy. Facilities are well prepared.

If the city tax could be paid with a card, that would be better. Also, the guidance on parking the car could be made clearer in the welcome message, it confused us a bit when we tried to park the car for the first time.

It's really difficult to find fault with this place.

A view worthy of appreciation. Located on the banks of Lake Brienz the accommodation was clean with all facilities provided in the room. It was walkable distance from everywhere incl market, station and restaurents. Well kept accommodation with adequate space for big family.
