Beauregard - Direct lake view

The view from the property was amazing and relaxing.The host had taken care for the minutest of things.Good cutlery.

It was clean

The booking did not mention that there is stairs and no elevator we had 6 luggages we had to carry it up and down during our stay which was not easy And the check in process was difficult and the one who we contacted was not very respectful and she had no clear instruction Also there is extra fees ( city tax, pool tax, parking tax) we had to pay on site was not mentioned in the booking details

Nice apartment, clean and comfy. Amazing views from windows and terrace.

1. Location was fantastic - just beside the Brienz Lake (visible from room with the mountains) and about 3-4 mins walk from the Brienz station. 2. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants are close by. 3. Almost all the amenities are present (heating, bathtubs, kitchen, utilities, dishwasher, fridge etc.). 4. The host is very helpful and polite. 5. Views from the room are fantastic. 6. Easy to check in.

Just being nitpicky - only the heating in the living room is a little slow to kick in.

Location! Very close to the station and the best part is you get to wake up with Brienz lake in front of you.
