Alpenblume - Direct lake view

La ubicación era ideal,a 3 min andando de la estación de tren .Era espacioso el apartamento y con unas vistas geniales.

Cruje un poco el suelo ,ya que es de madera.Está un poco anticuado pero está muy bien,relación precio-ubicación.

A 5 min de la gare de train, très grand, propre, très jolie vue, cuisine bien équipée

J'aurais aimé avoir un chiffon pour pouvoir nettoyé les tables et comptoir ainsi qu'un linge pour s'essuyer les mains dans la cuisine

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, très belle vue sur le lac et proche des restaurants et des attractions...

Nous avons été très déçu par le comportement du personnel, en particulier celui d'une femme qui fait le ménage. Elle est d'une arrogance insupportable qui risque de vous mettre hors de vous, même si vous avez un caractère calme. Le responsable parait gentil mais ne semble pas avoir d'influence sur elle. Son comportement nuit énormément à la réputation de l'établissement.

Nos ha gustado todo,la ubicación perfecta con vistas preciosas al lago, con todo el menaje en la cocina, incluido horno.

Si tengo que poner algo negativo , que a la hora de meter el coche en el garaje se había llevado otro huésped la llave y no pudimos meterlo hasta por la tarde

Property was clean, super located and breathtaking view.

Though the property had most of what we needed for our stay, only a tiny small trash can in the toilet, none in the kitchen, and no access to the poor unless we paid a lot per day.

The property itself is good. Overlooking the lake and mountain. Is spacious for my family. 2 bedrooms. Nothing fancy.

I do not like the hostess for keeping us waiting for 2 hours for her reponse! When we arrived, we had found our room keys on a desk unmanned. But we couldn't figure out where to park our car. We tried to call n whatsapp but no reply. It was rather stressful not knowing. we finally got her on phone after 2 hours but due to poor language communication, we cannot speak french and she cannot speak english that well either. She instructed us to park our car at a distance from the hotel. You can imagine how frustrating for her and us. We were clueless of the area and the actual parking space is in another location/ building. I think they ought to have a better instructions, maybe with pictures since verbal communication maybe a problem.
