View was amazing

Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood

The apartment was so spacious with a large living room, full fledged kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Lovely balcony with amazing lake views. There a massage chair also. Kitchen had all utensils, fridge, kettle with a small kitchen table. Both bedrooms had windows with lake views. We were hesitant before booking looking at the earlier bad reviews about cleanliness etc but the apartment was clean and well made. Location was extremely good, just on the lake and 3-4 mins walk from brienz train station.

No soap, no daily change of towels etc. The floors and bathroom door were indeed creaking a lot waking up if someone got up at night to use the washroom, but it didn't seem like a big issue.

The women in charge she didn't now how to deal with customer. First impression was good, at the end was the worst. The door of room had adjusted lock when you locked it and she told me you made alot of noise when you closed it!!!! When you open the windows it strong close door and made noise. No Air conditioning include, so make sure for this point for summer. No one in reception will help you after 20:00 and one person in charges from morning ( serve the people how have breakfast) not professional Also the smile for bed was so strong with soups that i can not sleep. I will not come back again

We have stayed in this property two years ago. A fantastic apartment with views of Lac Brienz.. To wake up in the morning with a view of the lake and surrounding mountains. I would recommend any body to stay there. It is an ideal location to explore the mountain passes and other attractions that are there. Martin the host was very welcoming again.

Only issue was the noise from the apartment above, walking about and child running about

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with beautiful views. The owner is helpful in all ways.

The only negative is that the owner allowed people to throw a big party with loud music & people. No one in our bldg could sleep until very late one night
