I love every single things about this apartment. The owner was so helpful. The phone is exactly the same with the original apartment. The view are amazing.

Location and view of Lake Brienz.

Apt had lots of flies. Dishes not clean. Washer not in the unit. Hard to communicate with the person who collected the city tax. No explanation of where to find parking garage. Extra 20 Swiss francs to use the swimming pool.

Excellent property with great ambience and a down to earth property owner.

Can have 1 staff to be available in case if any urgent requirements at night, although we didn't require.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, amazing views.

Nothing much, but the apartment is a bit older (creaking floorboards etc.). Kitchen utensils were not very clean.

Breakfast is on your own and remember to get up early because few places to serve breakfast pretty much stop serving by 10:00 the view was magnificent of lake Brienz and surrounding mountains for view 5 thumbs up!
