Great property , lovely location , super comfortable beds - very nice & highly recommended

It gets hot in Bright in Summer , the house had air con but only in the living area , upgrade to bedrooms would make a big difference in comfort as the 2nd bedroom seemed to get a Little hotter that’s the first - however it was never too hot and it was 38degress outside. Just a possible upgrade ?

Close to all amenities and river access through garden Affordable accommodation

As we have been going here for many years, the place is old, there has been more of a noticeable decline in appearance this year. Just needs a bit of tweaking and freshen up. Won’t put us off coming back though.

Great location near the river, and short walk to town. Big living space and comfortable beds.

Location, very clean, very comfortable, great access to river, quiet place, local birds.

Bedrooms were hot - need ceiling fans, shower bath was a bit slippery.

Immaculate and clean. Everything you need. Very comfortable. Walking distance to main shops.

Bath over shower hard for some people but not a problem for us.

I loved everything about it. especially all the windows letting in lots of light and gardens of course. very relaxing atmosphere.and the bed was very comfortable thankyou. 💖 great space for 4 people as well if needed.
