"Good location, good view, value for money"

The location is near to train station, walking distance. Nearest grocery store is Coop and there is a popular pizza restaurant called Bino within walking distance. This penthouse is located at level 2, heavy luggage might be an issue but it was carpeted stairs so easier to drag heavy luggage. The surprise is that this house has one additional small room, enough for one pax or one adult one kid beside three rooms stated (Two on second floor, one on lower floor), so it can fit 7-8 pax.

The TV is not working but it is ok. One of the fan also not working but it didn’t bother us since the weather still quite cold. The washing machine is working fine even there was a crack on the washing machine door. Be prepared to bring your own seasonings cooking. They have some kitchen utensils, pot & pan, plates, oven, fridge, dish washer etc. One thing to note is that there is only one full bathroom with bathtub and also shower area. The lower floor one is only toilet. Might be a problem for big group.

Beautiful property, very nice location, perfect views from the blacony of penthouse. Owner was nice. Parking was reserved with some extra charge but it was at right spot.

Our recent stay at the Beaulac Penthouse was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brienz. Here are the highlights of our stay: Tranquil and Scenic Location: The penthouse was incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. One of the most memorable aspects was the breathtaking, picturesque view from the balcony. Every morning, we were greeted by stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains and lake, making our stay even more special. Fantastic Location: The location of the Beaulac Penthouse is fantastic. It is conveniently situated just 200 meters from the Brienz OST train station. This proximity made our arrival and departure extremely easy and hassle-free. We could quickly get to the penthouse after a day of traveling, which was a significant advantage. Accessibility to Attractions: The penthouse's location also meant that all the major attractions were within a mile's radius. Whether we wanted to explore the beautiful Lake Brienz, take a scenic train ride, or visit local museums and landmarks, everything was easily accessible. This made planning our daily activities straightforward and enjoyable. Exceptional Host: The owner, Martin, was very professional and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, he ensured we felt at home. He provided us with all the necessary information about the penthouse and the local area, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His friendly and accommodating nature significantly enhanced our experience. Memorable Family Stay: All our family members thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. It provided a perfect home away from home. We had such a wonderful time that we are already looking forward to our next visit. We would definitely stay here again and again. In summary, the Beaulac Penthouse exceeded all our expectations.

Location is perfect, view and distance to train station and coop. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher. Also equipped with washing machine and iron.

Communication could be better. Delayed/ No reply from whatsapp/ booking message.

"Perfect View and Location"

The Location , the view was absolutely brilliant , the room was conform, good for family as the house is huge

lacking of check in instruction the key in the envelope ( left side wall after enter the main door ) and there is bad odour in the freeze and the kitchen area
