Très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Très bon emplacement tout proche de la mer et possibilité d'apprécier les beaux paysages de la Sardaigne

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der gut ausgestatteten, sauberen und toll gelegenen Wohnung. Wie der Name sagt, ist sie charmant eingerichtet in mediterranem Stil und der Garten ist auch wunderschön. Teresa, unsere Kontaktperson, war sehr geduldig und zuvorkommend mit uns und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Alles top!

Excellent location with sea view from the wonderful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. We also loved the barbecue in the garden and the outdoor shower. The apartment is very close to a lovely pine beach, which is not so packed like other popular beaches in Sardaigna and where there is a nice beach bar / restaurant. Teresa and her parents are lovely and super reactive.

Our stay was amazing!!! Teresa was such an amazing woman, she was always replying to questions and helping with a lot of stuff. Apartament was very close to beach and localized very well! Around was a bigger city which was good option for evenings! The garden was beautiful and sun bed was really amazing options for tanning. Nice and clean, I’m truly recommend! For sure will be back one day!

Loved staying here, 100% recommend! Beach and amazing restaurant just 5 min walk. The apartment has 3 terraces (front, back and on roof!), fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. There is BBQ if you want and a little nice private garden.Air con works well, if needed. 20 min drive to San Teodoro. There are supermarkets in town (if you can, drive to Eurospin),short drive or you can walk. Teresa is an amazing host! Very grateful to her for making our stay amazing.

The house is beautiful and the garden is great. Location is also very nice, the view is so calming and you can really relax and enjoy. All necessary facilities were there. The nearest beach is ok, although there are much better beaches nearby, e.g. 10, 20 or 30 minutes drive. We were there in May.

The sound isolation is not the best, there is a house on the other side with the mutual wall and you can hear your neighbours sometimes. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

It was wonderful, apartment is very nice, even better than it looks on photos and location is great, nice beaches walkind distance away.

We just had some problems with electricity when it was raining but I’m sure they will fix it if they haven’t already.

It’s an amazing location!only 300mt from a nice beach and bar/restaurant in a basically private road with a big garden and outdoor shower as well

They give you the apartment completely empty-no salt or sugar or kitchen towel/napkins,only 1 roll of toilet paper-just be prepared.
