Appartamenti Sant'Anna

We definitely recommend it. We were there for the second time for two weeks. Excellent location, quiet pleasant environment. The apartment was clean, ready on time. The hosts are very helpful and kind. We recommend a trip to LA Cinta beach in San Teodoro, to Da Paolo pizza, which is close by.

poor kitchen and bathroom equipment, it is necessary to bring detergent, soap, sponge, salt. I would add a microwave and a small lamp in the bedroom for reading. Don't be discouraged and go there 😉

A very pleasant stay. Nice appartment, pleasant surrounding, a very nice hostess. We arrived early, but she still came and told us all about the place.

An appartment is hard to find. That's not their fault, but the nearby beach smells terribly from time to time due to the pond nearby.

Location and little things that have been already there when we arrived (like coffee, water etc). Very nice host.

The roof of the sun lounger was missing, so it was too hot on the roof terrace without shade

Sant' Anna makes the perfect location for a beach holiday for couples or with small children being on the outskirts of budoni. The apartment covers most things you would expect to find in a self catering home. Note the small print about extra costs for sheets and towels, which we found a little weird especially having a plastic cover on the mattress. The rooftop terrace is nice to relax on in the evenings and the covered entrance is cool to enjoy lunches in the hot midday sun.

The owners appreciate it if you ask them for anything you find missing, like a kettle for hot water or toaster but otherwise it's generally equipped to cover the local owners needs. It's not so easy to find as none of the houses on the road have markings buts it's the one from last on the street. On our stay we had a lot of noise from a pool being built behind the house and new villas in front of the house which hopefully will be finished by this summer, which is represented in our score.

AMAZING!!! This apartment is beautiful, and in such an amazing location walking distance to two different beaches. Sitting outside on the terrace is so relaxing hearing the waves. Had an amazing time and the owners were so lovely.

Lovely place close to a beautiful beach. The accommodation was nice, clean and the hosts were friendly.

Good location 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, little house on top of the hill dotted with many little properties.

Too many properties around. House interiors are extremely bare and no efforts to make it cosy. No soap, no basic kitchen pantry (salt, pepper, oil) to make the house welcoming. The host was not there when we arrived at 9 pm but the keys were inside the house with the main door open. Not very welcoming. Overall the place is not bad value for money but I had high expectations when I saw the 9.3 rating on booking versus the reality of the property.
