We liked the spa centre of the hotel as well as the room and facilities of the apartment. Food in the hotel was very tasty.

The hotel was very full, and the spa centre was very loud. We were with a baby and a pram, and we weren’t allowed to enter the spa centre with it, which was uncomfortably as the baby doesn’t walk yet. Also, the apartment building doesn’t have an elevator which is not the best when you are with a baby and the price was high, considering there was no breakfast or dinner included, as well as the additional fees for the spa centre.

Great option in Ivan Rilski apartment complex; studio with all amenities for a short/medium stay, underground parking, full access to all hotel SPA facilities. Easy keys pick-up and drop-off at the reception. Kept in touch with the host and was very helpful.
