Lovely little cabin in a sweet, sleepy town in rural Victoria, the night sky should bring astronomers flocking! Lovely little living area and tidy bedroom and bathroom.

The bed was a little uncomfortable with the thin pillows but extras are provided so use them, the nightlife loves to drop nuts from the trees above on the roof do be ready for that

"Enjoyed driving country road to and staying in serene Rico's Retreat in a quiet suburb, Cobden."

Excellent location to see wildlife, which includes birds, rabbits, and sheep.

A bit run down facilities, such as toilet, fluff on fitted sheet or lack of shower jell liquid.

A quiet location was what we wanted to chill out . It was nice to be in the countryside away from the city. And what was nice is that we weren't far away from our friends in Camperdown. In spite of one negative (tv situation not great) we really had a relaxing time.

It would've been nice , not having to stream thru Chromecast free to air channels because we don't have a large gigabyte capacity with our provider. So after the first night we didn't watch tv , unfortunately not by choice. It would've been better if you had've had a good antenna for the tv.

"A VERY BAD MISTAKE To Stay There!!,, The Photos did not match up to the Property when we arrived!"

Not Much...!!!!

Dirty/ Dusty. Noisy Property with owners dogs barking & Did not disclose this to us that they had dogs that continually barked throughout our stay!!! someone at close by 7am mowing the bloody yard!! Vent to bathroom did not work!! so I opened up the bathroom window yikes the screen was full of DIRT!!, I cleaned part of the screen, so I could get fresh air in to bathroom. & the Microwave was dirty, had to clean that & the benches where GREASY so I cleaned that as well. The vaccum cleaner had not been emptied!! full of Crap!! Oh climbed into bed WTF the top sheet was so crumpled up that was a nasty surprise. worst of all, No free to Air TV!! we had to use an App & cast it to the TV which made all the voices completely out of sync.. thankful we had our laps tops to watch TV. & mention on their Add on Booking.Com. Ants n Mould in bathroom... Think the Cleaner needs to be Sacked!!!!.. & Yes we came home Sick!!!!

Clean, comfortable bed, kitchen facilities etc

Carpets have seen better days and exterior needs some maintenance/ improvements. A TV antenna for free to air would be my suggestion.
