Nice and peaceful. Unfortunately I became unwell so only stayed one night..

Sign out the front kept banging it was a very windy night. I made staff aware of this. Hopefully rectified.

The price under $100

Stained and tired carpet, very small bed

The location was very pleasant and tranquil. We were able to interact with the resident sheep. The facilities were all we needed. It was quiet and nice and dark in the morning to allow a slower start to the day. The water was hot and quick.

Perhaps the back door could have a blind over it, but really that wasn't a major problem. Overwhelmingly, Richo's Retreat was all we needed to be able to relax and enjoy ourselves and we did !!!

The location was perfect for us to visit family nearby.

Peace and quiet in a semi-rural area.

The access was hampered by the relevant email from the property being overshadowed by a plethora of marketting emails - meaning that I didn't recognise that this particular email really had information that I did need to read.

Breakfast not included. Very quiet most of the time.

Lighting poor. Bathroom & kitchen floors very sticky surface. The outside was quite run down, dusty eg dirt in sliding door track.
