Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Great views. Good location for getting around by car to various walks and days out.

Was very hot upstairs and found it strange not to have a personal welcome or hello. Would have loved some fresh milk for arrival

The property is in a good location it was spotless anything we needed was there for us to use we would definitely stay again

Wow!! The views from the window and the general location were perfect for us. Coming from the cotswold this felt like home from home. The property was exceptionally clean and there were plenty of homely touches provided by the owner. A lot of things like tea bags I forgot so you can imagine my delight when I see a fully stocked tea and coffee making facilities. We would often gaze out the lounge window and watch the wild rabbits roam freely. A truly wonderful experience!

There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate location (that we found) however, a couple of short drives and you’ll find plenty of things to do.

Perfect location, well kept lodge with everything we needed. We have stayed here before, a number of years ago so it was nice to return. The weather was great so it was nice to sit out and soak up the view and watch the abundance of bunny rabbits & swallows

Some info on the bins would have been helpful. All areas recycle different things so we weren’t sure and the main bins weren’t near the lodge

Lovely accommodation, very clean and excellent value. We had a very chilled holiday with our dog, who loved the surrounding gardens and rabbits!
