"Шукаєте шикарний вид на місто? Вам сюди!"

Зручні апартаменти, де є шикарна тераса з видом на місто та в принципі все необхідне. Є зубні щітки та пасти, шампунь і мило. Зручне розташування.

- мурахи - ремонт потребує оновлення - відсутність опалення в спальні (є штука яка ганяє повітря по кімнаті але це робить її лише холоднішою) Не критично, але хотілось би трошки краще.

The location was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly kind, and the room was spacious and cozy.

​It was truly one of the best places to stay in Batumi. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Merkeze yakın olması iyi.

Oda çok kötüydü. Isınma yetersizdi. Kaldığımız odada dışarıya açılan bir pencere bile yoktu.Hapishane gibiydi. Otel sahibi kaba ve ilgisizdi. Temizlik yetersizdi.Bir daha Batuma gitsem asla burada kalmam.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko Placu Europy. W pobliżu mieszkania są restauracje i markety spożywcze. Zameldowanie I wymeldowanie bezproblemowo. Okolica cicha. Mieszkanie jest trochę ciemne, bo okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny wąski dziedziniec, ale my już o tym wiedzieliśmy i nie przeszkadzało nam to. W mieszkaniu jest osobna sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem. Jest kuchnia i wszystko co potrzeba, by przygotować obiad. Jest pralka i suszarka. Łazienka jest przestronna, jest ciepła woda I zapewniony zestaw kosmetyków. Spędziliśmy w tym mieszkaniu tydzień i nie mamy uwag.

Очень хорошее местоположение

Стены грязные, постель с плохим запахом, просили менять, но ничего не изменилось так как постель храниться в подъезде и вся сырость там, было холодно. Если дождь на балкон не выйти, все в воде
