Good location,

Very shabby , tap in bathroom all loose as was toilet seat , shower plug surround broken , wasn’t that clean in places

"A great base"

A beautiful quiet site and for me a great base to visit the wonderful National Trust properties close by, the excellent North Norfolk (steam) railway running fom (near) Holt to Sheringham and generally enjoy the area with clean air and open spaces. I loved the chalet, a real home from home with everything you need - all the cutlery. a microwave, a fridge, a large tv a good sized shower, towels and bed linen.

"Enjoyed stay but used car to get about (didn't visit cromer,)"

Quiet location, beds clean and very comfy, clean towels, shower and toilet, site clean, working cooker, hob, microwave. Basic kitchen items available.

A little dated, some areas dusty, nothing to share how to put hot water on, repairs appeared a little rough, double bed only accessible from one side (bedrooms small), small builtin wardrobe in the twin room had vacuum in so nowhere really to store clothes.

Great location in the woods. Walk into town was straight forward and lovely (with 2 play parks en-route) Chalet had everything needed for a short stay

No bedroom storage space, would be difficult if we stayed for longer Fridge doesn't have a freezer compartment
