Regal Retreat Modern 2 bed apartment 400m from sea

Good location, spacious accommodation, great for exploring the local towns and villages.

TV was not easy to navigate, WFI network not listed. No information on how anything works in the apartment. Labelling needed for fridge freezer, and dishwasher as the fridge was turned off by accident.Trying to dry my hair in the bedroom was not easy as the mirror was too far away from the socket.

Apartment was well situated for the town. A few minutes walk to the beach. Had everything we needed.

All excellent. Just to let you know the toaster is probably nearing the end of its life. The metal on the top and side overheats and both myself and husband burnt our fingers on it (nothing serious), but wouldn’t want anyone else to hurt themselves.

Lovely property with easy access to town and beach. We have been to Cromer many times and this location was by far quiet and convenient. Property was clean, spacious and very easy to start enjoying the holiday. Hosts were communicative.

I think for the price and compared to other places we have stayed in Cromer, that small touches such as toilet roll left for use, earlier check in and later check out and a newer mattress in the main room would allow the property to get to the next level of greatness. Linens on beds were thin and old looking. We stayed for 5 nights and small touches like leaving a pack of toilet roll, versus the 4 (and then subsequent 2 rolls), inspire goodwill and would have me return again. A later checkout, 12pm would also go a long way especially since check in isn’t until 5pm. Catering to these small requests would really make a difference. Otherwise a lovely stay and a very nice space to enjoy the seaside. We love Cromer!

Amazing location - just 400m to the sea going through a wonderful park. Spacious living room and kitchen with all equipment you need. The water heater broke when we were there, but they sent someone to fix it right away

The water heater broke, so only cold water to shower in. Good thing we had beautiful weather 😂

A lovely apartment, spacious, light, well modernised and well equipped, in a fascinating old building. Great view of roof tops, trees, and sea in the distance. Perfect location, a quick stroll to the sea and town, in a quiet street with parking that felt secure. We had a couple of overcast, wet days and it was a great place just to hang out reading, with a super-efficient heating system briefly used when the weather got a bit cold. Prompt and friendly response when we needed help to work the TV!

A small thing: but an info sheet reminding us how to contact the host, advising which network (of the several available) worked with the Wi-Fi code, plus basic instructions for tv etc... would have been helpful. Instruction booklets were available & we worked it all out in the end, but this would have been very welcome.

Nice clean, well presented apartment located in a quiet side street opposite small park. It is a short walk to sea front and pier. There is reserved on-site parking.

Not a major issue for us but the apartment is the on top floor of a Tudor Villa so a bit of a climb after day's activities
