Unfortunately, this stay fell short due to misleading representations (false advertising) and unnecessary escalation over a minimal 15–20 minute grace period, compounded by an outdated and malfunctioning dryer. While contact from management was not necessary, it ultimately provided additional documentation supporting my concerns—particularly regarding the inappropriate handling and attempted control of a paying guest. For context, I maintain VIP status with Booking and am a long-standing, reputable client with Chase.

Very clean and tidy.

The apartment was efficient and tidy.

Never received info. in any correspondence stating what the code was to get into the unit. It took hours to get a response Was not informed how to get tickets for arboretum until I asked and at that point it was to late for us to get and use them. Wish we would have been informed when we arrived for our 72 hour stay that we had to request the tickets 48 hours in advance Disposal smelled bad and did not work

The updates were nice and it was very clean. A/C worked great even in extreme heat conditions.

Parking is tight especially for a large SUV. Be aware, it is an older complex and as with most apts, you can hear the movements of the tenants upstairs. Did have some hiccups with check-in and never received the information for the Arboretum.

Good location near downtown Dallas. Lots of improvements and new construction in the neighborhood. Relatively quiet street. Comfortable beds.

The whole building looked a bit rundown. The unit was old and the floors really uneven. Even though our upstairs neighbors were very quiet, we could hear everything they did and said.

Close to downtown for a reasonable rate.
