Darwin City Harbour views-Situated above the OAK Restaurant Coastalcoastretreats

It was a modern 2br hotel room, administered by a private individual (Sue). Well layed-out (2 bathrooms, decent kitchen), and walking distance to much of the CBD - although we used the dedicated carpark and drove lots of places (6mins to Cullen Bay, Sailing Club, Mindil beach, Parap, Museums). Breakfast on the balcony was good too..!

Hmmm, not much to pick. There was a tall table & stools on the balcony (I prefer a shorter table & seats)

Oven doesn't work, one key per 2 bedroom(3 guests) apartment

The place was clean, had everything you could possibly need including bug spray!

Too many rules and conditions! Had to clean up which is boring during a holiday Extra deposit was asked for after booking Getting keys and putting the keys back was a nightmare I think their should be a disclaimer that this isn't Oaks hotel more Air B&B for those wanting room service

Nice and clean, and the owner leaves little things like tea, water in fridge, soap and hair products, etc - so if you forget something it isn't a problem, that is thoughtful. Good balcony and views, easy to access and get around.

Twin beds quite small. I didn't know it wasn't part of the Oaks apartments until after I had booked. This was ok, however I was a bit put off by the repeated question about whether there was only two people staying after I had confirmed and the 'rules' are quite abrupt - however I suspect the owner has had party groups before so wants to be extra careful which I understand.

very comfortable, clean and convenient. The host was very helpful and very communicative. it has a great view of Darwin harbour.
