"Overall stay was good but on arrival the apartment was very warm and would have been nice cool."

Breakfast not provided.

No instructions for the air-conditioning unit and I rang and sent a text message to the owner who did not respond until the day after I checked out. Better response time from contacting owner should be provided.

"We were disappointed with the accommodation and would not have booked it we realized that it is also an airb property"

we didn’t realize that the property was private owned and not managed by then oaks hotel chain. The crockery was chipped and was mismatched. The 2 wine glasses were different sizes. The kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses need to be updated. It was disappointing that the pool was closed and has been so since August.
