Wonderfully located apartment with beautiful views from the windows (no balcony). Fully equipped kitchen, clean, and excellent online communication with the owner. As someone mentioned, it can be a bit noisy in the bedrooms due to traffic, but it’s manageable. Highly recommended.

L'emplacement était central, idéalement situé. Nous pouvions accéder à tout sans trop de marche. L'appartement était parfaitement propre, il y avait assez d'équipements dans la cuisine pour nous trois. Un appartement très spacieux avec deux chambres distinctes. La salle de bains était parfaite. Un rouleau de papier toilettes eut été plus confortable. Le digicode fonctionnait parfaitement. Les escaliers faciles également pour monter au 1er étage.

Le bruit était vraiment trop dérangeant. Je pense que les vitres des chambres sont en simple vitrage. Le bruit des voitures dès 6 heures du matin était insupportable même sans ouvrir la fenêtre. De plus, nous entendions fortement le bruit des pas des personnes au-dessus et elles ont marché jusque tard. Trop fatigués, nous avons quitté le logement le soir au lieu du lendemain 11 heures. Nous avions juste deux heures de route à faire. Petit bémol. Les parcmètres de la ville sont gratuits de 17 à 9 h du matin, mais quand on se gare un peu loin, ils obligent l'un d'entre nous à se lever pour aller régler le stationnement dès 9 h. On ne peut les programmer pour la journée du lendemain. Mais cela, la propriétaire n'y peut rien.

Apartment is centrally located with most tourist attraction spot in 5-10 mins of walking distance. Public parking in close proximity and after 5 PM parking was free. Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance and also two shops Gill Express and Singh Express open late night [until 11:30 PM] which was great plus. Host ensured to provide all necessary items which includes [towel, iron, fully equipped kitchen], Dinant tourist booklets, Wifi etc]

Building has three floors and I assume all apartments has wooden flooring which was downside. Our apartment was on 1st floor and in night from the 2nd floor disturbing noise used to come. Even noise of people walking on upper floor used to come and at time it was very disturbing to have peaceful sleep [especially if you have small kids].

I loved the location. The view is just simply amazing. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen has everything. 10 mins walk to the train station. The apartment is located above a stretch of restaurants.

Narrow stairs but to be expected with old buildings in Europe. Overall, its not really an issue

Very good location in the city center, with amazing views on both sides. Comfortable beds, good beddings, very spacious and clean apartment with a place to store your clothes/suitcase etc

It is not an option for you if you are sensitive to noise. We heard upstairs neighbors steps like they walked in our room. The noise from cars is very loud. And finally, on Saturday there was a rock concert in the bar downstairs (luckily they finished at 10.30 pm).
