Perfect location, close to everywhere, lots of cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious enough for four people's and clean. The owner is easy to contact and very attentive to guests.

a bit noisy at night, the bedroom is next to busy road. The bedroom smelled a bit of cigarettes. because people were smoking downstairs outside. But it has ok for us.

Could not have had a better place to stay in Dinant. Wonderful view over the river from a spacious living/dining room. The bedrooms faced the street at the back (not much traffic), where the cliff-side could be seen. Excellent bathroom with shower. Everything was well prepared for our arrival, information about access was easy to understand. The apartment had what we needed to cook our own dinners and breakfasts. There are bakeries and food shops close by, and a larger supermarket only a 15 min walk away. And lots of restaurants of course.

The bedroom with the double-bed is quite small - we had no problem with it, but it's good to know, The other room with two single beds was quite spacious. Free parking spaces near the apartment are hard to find, but there is a large parking garage only 5 min walk away and it was not too expensive (cheaper at night).

Great location. Loved the view of the river and the ability to open up the windows easily and let the breeze in. The shower, although humble in appearance, was fantastic. Such good water pressure and steady warm water... my family still talks about it as "the place with the great shower." Bedrooms were a nice size.

Kitchen was very small, which is to be expected in many European city flats. Smoking is much more common in Dinant than the US, and it was unpleasant to smell the cigarette smoke wafting up from the cafes below in the evenings when the windows were open.

Location of the property.

I was under the impression that the property had two washrooms. That was one of the reasons for booking, apart from location. We were offered only one.

there was a slight smell of tobacco. I couldn't detect if it came from the trash can or from the door (outside/neighbours)
