L’appartamento nel complesso è discreto: la posizione è comoda e la pulizia generale era soddisfacente. Tuttavia ci sono alcuni aspetti che andrebbero migliorati.

Il principale problema è l’umidità: all’interno si percepisce un forte odore di muffa, particolarmente evidente in bagno. La finestra del bagno affaccia su una corte interna con cattivi odori, per cui tenerla aperta non è una soluzione. Inoltre manca un sistema di aspirazione, quindi l’aria ristagna e l’odore diventa ancora più intenso. Anche le dotazioni potrebbero essere più curate: per tre persone e quattro notti la quantità di carta igienica fornita era insufficiente e avremmo apprezzato almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigorifero all’arrivo.

"Don't recommend, issue with heating and warm water"

Location and cleanness

From day one, we had issue with heating and warm water. Heater kept giving error message after 15 min working, we have asked for help to property, a guy came and checked, confirmed that there is an issue and he would inform owner but after that no contact or replacing us to other facility. Elevator also got broken lately and nobody fixed it. Even though we contacted booking.com customer support, they didn't take any action either. I don't recommend this facility, keep away! I also say goodbye to booking.com as their customer support didn't do anything!

Las vistas

El suelo estaba hinchado con desperfectos. El lavabo no tragaba el agua. La ducha era grande pero se salía el agua al resto de la casa. La caldera va a ratos. Se bloquea todo el rato. La cama muy incómoda.

Nos gustó todo. El apartamento está limpio, las camas son cómodas y las vistas son preciosas. La parada de autobús está cerca. Siempre respondieron de inmediato y resolvieron todos los problemas. Gracias:)

La ducha está rota; hay fugas de agua por todas partes. El desagüe de la ducha no funciona correctamente. Sería bueno dejar una botella de agua. Las tiendas están bastante lejos.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi compreso kit pronto soccorso. Posizione centrale, silenzioso, problemi con vicinanza trasporti pubblici
