Apartments Kralj Ana

Niksa and Barnara have a beautiful property. They were very helpful and communication was brilliant. The apartment was perfect in size and location for my family of 4. The pool is very private considering the location, and we had a great relaxing. My children loved the holiday and we would return in the future.

The location was excellent. The main town only 5 minutes walk. You can see the harbour from the balcony. The pool area was spotless and very well designed. Good outside shower. The out side kitchen would great to use as a group. The apartment was spacious and over 2 floors, the two bathrooms were a bonus. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for use around the pool. Having a washing machine was very helpful.

The kitchen area was a little small and limited if you wanted to prepare more meals in the apartment. However we did eat out in the many restaurants in the town so only really ate breakfast/lunch.

The apartment is located in the old town so the taxi from the airport had to drop us in the car park area just outside & we wheeled our cases into the old town, up some steps by the church, found the shell museum and then our apartment. The location is fabulous. So close to shops, beaches, restaurants but tucked behind and very quiet. Our apartment had two bedrooms & two bathrooms. My husband & l were in the top bedroom which is huge and has a lounge area. The ceiling upstairs, in some areas is low, so this could be a problem for anyone tall. Barbara met us to hand over the keys & check we had enough towels etc. A lovely welcome pack had been left which was much appreciated. The apartment was well stocked with toilet rolls, washing up liquid, shower gel etc and everything was immaculately clean. We didn’t do any cooking as there are so many nice restaurants and a bakery close by for fresh croissants in the morning! The garden & pool area is pretty and again well maintained. We spent most of our time at the beach but had a couple of afternoons, when it was windy, by the pool. The walled garden was so peaceful that it was a surprise to find that the other side of the wall was the car park where the taxi dropped us off. Niksa, our host, communicated by WhatsApp and was always friendly, helpful and prompt at replying. From Cavtat it is easy to get into Dubrovnik ( bus 4 euros one way, boat 15 euros one way or taxi/uber). We would definitely return! Thank you Barbara & Niksa.

A fabulous central apartment with an exceptional shared outdoor kitchen & BBQ. The hosts were very welcoming & great communication . Within 2 minute walk to harbour with lovely cafes and restaurants. Lovely walks in Cavtat & we did day trips to Dubrovnik & Montenegro . We recommend and intend to revisit

An amazing holiday in a wonderful setting. Pre-holiday communication was excellent and check in was smooth from the friendly hosts who were always available for communication during the time we were there. The property is wonderful, clean, airy and with excellent facilities. The pool area is luxurious with some extras - shaded seating area, BBQ, fridge and speakers. The view from our balcony was beautiful looking over the nearby bay and mountain. The property feels secluded but you are literally 2 minutes from the harbour in Cavtat and even closer to the bus station. We already know we want to return.

Perfect location, great facilities, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings and scenery. Nikśa was the perfect host and always so helpful. Thank you. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

Nikša is great host! He's very friendly, gonna tell You about everything and help with anything. Rooms were clean, with AC's and full equipment. Kitchen by the pool is just.. amazing. That was great place!

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious with great views of the mountains & harbour. The pool is a good size. It has an outside cooking area. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Nikša the owner, could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We felt very welcomed.
