On arrival Niksa (owner) met us from our taxi, helped us in with our luggage. Gave us a tour of the apartment and the pool area and outside kitchen etc. Then showed us down to the harbour and local restaurants. Location wise the apartments are so central, can literally be at bars and restaurants in 2 minutes. However what we also loved so much, was that apartment and pool area were so quiet and not overlooked. The views from the apartment are amazing, harbour, sea and mountains. Cavtat is a stunning resort, suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. We tried 6 restaurants in 7 nights, all of them were superb. Great choice of seafood, meat and wine, very accommodating for the children and friendly service. Also a good selection of bars, cafes and bakeries. Having been to Croatia twice now, the locals have on both occasions made us feel very welcome, they are genuinely friendly people and very proud of their country. Having been to Spain and Portugal numerous times I certainly haven’t been made to feel as welcomed. Would thoroughly recommended Cavtat and Kralj Ana apartments. Only just got back today, but pretty sure we will be back next year.

Mosquitos at night were annoying, but seem to find that on every holiday I’ve been on. Niksa kindly got us some mosquito plugs and that got rid of them.

Love it, Love it, Love it. If i picture the perfect holiday location, this place would be it. Lovely and comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed, and a spacious terrace with hot tub overlooking the marina and mountains in the background. It could sit and look at that view all day long. The location was also a winner, within a couple of minutes walk you could be at a cafe, bakery, restaurant and beautiful marina. Perfect

Location was perfect, down some steps onto sea front, plenty of restaurants. Stunning views from balcony Pool and outside cooking area were amazing, very peaceful, pool warm, spotlessly clean. Apartments had everything we could possibly want. We were asked to text with convenient time for bedding to be changed.

Nothing! It was perfect for us. Previous comment about planes is true, they do fly low but we did not find this a problem at all and small price to pay for a short airport transfer and perfect location. Also previous comment about church bells, we felt this added to the charm of the holiday location, they certainly did not wake us.

Wow Nik was an outstanding host from start to finish. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful and we instantly felt at at ease, very homely. Shame we didn’t meet your wife Nik - maybe next time. Apartment itself had everything you would need for a holiday, very comfortable, well equipped, clean with fantastic views. Outside pool area fabulous, very private with fabulous views of Cavtat Harbour, boats, mountain, restaurants. Outside kitchen space outstanding we used it regularly throughout the day and night & enjoyed our BBQ’s.

Nik was exceptionally responsive and helpful with everything before and during our stay. The balcony view is stunning and the location perfect - just 80m from the main promenade but quiet. It's very close to the main supermarkets and our favourite ice cream shop! My family loved the pool (although the sea provides great swimming) and although we didn't use the communal barbecue and eating facilities, these were well equipped. Very comfy beds in the apartment also. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
