Apartamentos Son de Cadiz

El piso es muy grande y bien equipado. Está bien ubicado, se puede llegar bien andando a la mayoría de sitios turísticos.

Si llevas coche lo tienes que dejar en un parking sí o sí. Las calles son muy estrechas y es imposible dejar el coche en esa zona en la calle. Nosotros lo dejamos en el Interparking San Antonio que está muy cerca, pero son unos 25€ diarios. Estaría muy bien si llegarán a algún acuerdo con el parking y hicieran descuento. Por el resto todo bastante bien.

Geräumige, schöne Wohnung Gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt

Parken ist im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus ziemlich teuer Wohnung ist relativ kühl (im Frühjahr anders als im Sommer teilweise noch ein Nachteil)

Good location large flat comfortable beds

We checked in via some online link they have sent which is also commanding the opening and closing of the door when we arrived , one door opened we got in and dropped our luggage our medicine all our belongings and then went out to dinner by the time we came back the program was opening the opposite door to the other flat but not the one wherein we left our belongings we called customer service waited almost one hour on the phone were being told to wait to be patient They kept saying wait and finally we were told they could not open the door but the other flat is ours . On being asked what abt our belongings they simply said nothing can be done and it was “our fault” that we checked into the other flat but you dont have any ability to command and operate their application how on earth we would be able ? No help nothing they simply tried to custody our luggage and we were able to get them open the door when we went to the local police station yes police station and asked their assistance Only then they opened the door and told us they are doing us a favour ? All this almost at midnight hours

This apartment is fabulous. The living/dining area is so spacious and each of the three large bedrooms has a super comfortable super king size bed. It is so well equipped with everything of the highest standard. It is full of character and charm right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of everything Cadiz has to offer. There is relatively cheap parking in one of the underground carparks within a three minute walk. I would re-book this apartment in a heartbeat. A gem of a find.

They forgot to leave any toilet roll!

Me descontaron 22 euros de la fianza por un pulsador de un water que ya estaba asi. Dos dias tardaron en comunicarmelo cuando ellos ua semana antes te acosan con emais y con whassap para hacer el checking y coger la fianza. Alucinante, que pena

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado para moverse por toda la ciudad,caminando se llega a todos los puntos de interés En la misma calle un pequeño supermercado, bares,restaurantes Las camas amplias y cómodas Incluso el sofá cama más grande de lo habitual Todo limpio La cocina muy bien equipada aunque no hicimos uso de ella más que de la tostadora Y muy cómodo para un grupo de 8 El sistema de acceso a la apertura de puertas muy cómodo aunque quizás para personas más mayores algo complicado Para nosotros genial y más si se va en grupo no hay que estar pendiente de las llaves:-)

El proceso pre checkin demasiado largo, te piden todos los datos de cada huésped (en la mayoria de alojamientos les mandas el DNI y suficiente)En este a parte un contrato individual a firmar por cada uno de ellos. Y una fianza a pagar, que me parece bien pero deberian incluirla en el pago total y luego devolverla porque asi se hace otro pago a parte y es otro tiempo adicional que se pierde La agencia que gestiona los apartamentos no son nada flexibles,quisimos cambiar las fechas 1 semana antes, ya que a la mitad del grupo se le complicó poder ir y no son nada flexibles (incluso proponiendo otras fechas y dejando el importe pagado ya por nosotros de Carnavales que es bastante más que en otras fechas) Y cuando les contactas suele ser cada vez una persona diferente Y para lo que se paga y lo bien que está el apartamento no estaría de más dejar unas servilletas de papel o rollo de cocina…
