Vanesa and the team from the letting agency were excellent, really helpful. Location is perfect; walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The apartment is spacious, modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean.

The app to enter and leave was a bit complicated - if one of the group used it, it logged the others out, meaning we had to log in every time we wanted to use it.

No complaints with regards to the apartment. Fully fitted out and spotlessly clean.

The entrance to the building needed some TLC, but the apartment was faultless

We stayed here 2 years ago - it’s a fabulous apartment - in the heart of Cadiz old town - 3 good sized bedrooms with large comfortable double beds and lots of storage space - large stylish living room and well equipped kitchen - the best ever air conditioning. Great system for getting in and out using an app on phone - communication with the letting agency excellent - and their office is just 2 doors away.

A few extra bags for the toilet bins would be nice and it is obviously very important to encourage guests not to put paper down the toilet! - the air in the inner courtyard is not very fresh so the windows in the 2 back bedrooms are best kept closed - but the air con is so good that this is ok.

Good location, spacious apartment

A difficult keyless door entry system that seemed to have software issues, and the weblink kept crashing. I think this system is designed for the convenience of the host, not the user. The apartment is starting to look a bit tired and needs some TLC, with holes in bed sheets etc

Sehr originelle Altstadtwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Ideale Lage um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Die Frottiertücher waren etwas fleckig. Das Prozedere für den Erhalt der Zugangscodes etwas mühsam. Eine Depotgebühr von €95.00 wurde im voraus verlangt, jedoch nach dem Check-Out wieder zurückerstattet.

The apartament was clean.

Very expensive in old building, no views far from beaches. When you book via booking, still need to pay a deposit ourside booking.com in a website run by the owners. Forget about recoverimg the deposit.
