Comfortable and quiet

Up and coming location.

We got to the property. There were a few cars with people just sitting out in them in the parking lot. They stayed there for most of the night. They weren’t security. They were just hanging out. That was concerning to be in with. Secondly, the gates aren’t closed are open 24 seven so it’s not gated stated. The property itself was so slow. There was food in the couch and below the cushions there were tons of popcorn kernels. The bedding was stained And I did find two roaches in the bedroom the first night while there. The worst part of his entire experience was the customer service on their staff. Particularly the person that has handled correspondence for their behalf. When I asked about renting a separate unit and found out that I only needed an extra day, she quickly said that they had no units available. However, going to booking there are plenty of units available. They were also extremely rude with us when we were checking out. We were two minutes after 11 out the door and that married the start of this entire group correspondence. If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself and go stay at somewhere in a nicer part of town.

Close enough to downtown for us. Comfortable.

Took us a little while to understand the entry process.

Das Hotel ist in einer sauberen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Es waren ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Lage ist für ein Fußmarsch nach Dallas Downtown auch noch ok.

Das Schlafsofa war nicht wirklich bequem für die Nacht.

I love the location and the cleanliness and space of the apartment. Loved the James Dean pic on the wall and it was modernly decorated. Everything you needed for a stay away from home.

The only thing that was an issue was the living room stayed very hot while the rest of the apartment got really cold. AC is not cooling the living room off as much as the rest of the unit. There also was no TV in one of the bedrooms which my husband was not too thrilled with since he loves his Netflix lol.
