Everything! We wish we had stayed longer. The apartment was fabulous!! It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was in a great location to walk to restaurants and the ferry to go to the 3 Isola's. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

"Location"

Location to Baveno was walkable and easy. Parking was secure. Apartment was clean but the air conditioning in the bedroom blows right on you.

There was no one to greet us and give us instructions. Just keys left in a mailbox. They didn’t have a booklet to give any instructions on anything or places to eat like other place leave you in the room. When we left it was pouring rain and the gate wouldn’t open. We called the number that was given to us and no one answered. We then texted and still no one answered. After 15-20 minutes my husband tried again and had to twist the key to get the gate to open. Very poor communication.

The building, the apartment and the views are exceptional. Not often do we get the opportunity of experiencing staying at on old, historic property that has such an up-to-date internal fitout. The location was fantastic, being only a short stroll to Baveno, its cafes and restaurants, and ferry wharf.

We did have one small issue, being a dripping air-conditioning unit in the bedroom. The owners were notified, however, and I'd assume this will be fixed as a priority. Otherwise, nothing else to be faulted!😊
