A lovely chalet with great views.wish we could have stayed for longer.

We had a long journey. Being able to add a welcome pack to booking for tea, coffee, milk would have been nice and we would have been happy to pay.

The chalet is in a wonderful location. Its so peaceful. There's no light pollution at all so the stars at night are a sight to see! When we stayed it was very windy and quite cold but the chalet inside was so warm. The place was very clean with everything needed. A true home from home. In the kitchen there is a large fridge and freezer, plenty of oven dishes/trays, pots and pans and an asda just down the road makes self catering a breeze. The bathroom has a nice powerful shower with plenty of space to move around. 2 bedrooms with lots of space to store things. We were invited to stroll around the farm if we so wished, nothing was really out of bounds. It was a pleasure to meet some cows, horses and a beautiful wee sheepdog. In the surrounding area there is lots to do. Beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away. We are absolutely thrilled to have found this little gem and will definitely be back

The only thing missing were oven gloves and the cutting knives are a little dull. Other than that everything was perfect!

Amazing stay ,cottage is beautifully set out ,above expectations, everything you need is there ,thankyou walking around the farm was so interesting

Clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. We were very lucky with great weather so the large wrap around decking area with various seating areas was a big bonus and well used. So peaceful in the evenings and, although based on a working farm, we had a very relaxing break. Also loved Bracken the donkey who loves a good back rub!

Nothing negative about the chalet

Location was fantastic. Close to lots of nice beaches and short drive to Edinburgh. We had a really great stay and it's a really good place for a relaxing break. The host is lovely and very accommodating. The Chalet is a great size and clean and have everything we need. Overall great experience.

The only thing are the bunk beds, but I guess it really depends on who's using them. No problems at all if it's small children, but I stayed with my wife, Mum and youngest brother (17yrs), Mum slept in the bottom bunk but it wobbled a bit when my brother tried to go on the top bunk so he decided to just sleep in the sofa in the lounge.

Quiet but close to the A1. Nice views across coast. Plenty of room

Could do with a bigger double Bed on the next refurbishment. It was comfortable but slightly wider would be better
