The cockroaches in our room were too much The plugs keeps on trapping when we were using the stove to cook

Thank you for being so considerate and allowing us to check in earlier than the set time. That really helped us and made our stay enjoyable. I like the fact that It is very close to the beach. The unit was kept clean

I didn't like that the hot water finished so fast, we were 5 in that apartment, the first 2 people would have a nice warm bath but the last 3 will always have to bath with cold water

Everything was perfect, the guy I met at the reception was friendly, informative and patient. The other guy i met on day 2 at reception, not sure if he was having a bad day or not, but felt like he was irritated. Don't know but, because there is a point i was asking about the R500 refundable deposit and he was just cold and rude. Beside that I loved my stay 😊

Cleanness

Firstly we booked for 2 bedroom but we got one bedroom, and we came with two kids.. What they advertised is not what we got.. Secondly we had to beg for iron.. They said we must pay R100 on request.. While on their booking it shows that we will get iron there.. And we got a note on Saturday that we must leave the place as we found it or we gonna have to pay R150.. Like why is that 😏😏😏😏😏😏
