Next to Shaka Marine

You need to pay n have money reserved for everything you need, iron etc, there was cockroaches, the apartment above had a banging sound at 9pm Every night, must be a ghost honestly. People just knock to advertise that they are repossessing the place so they tried to sell that to us, and that time we are half naked n we there for fun not for business so that was so unprofessional.

The location is amazing, I literally just have to cross the street to make it to the beach. Security is good as well, I don't fear being inside or around the building as well. The interior of the room is very modern as well

Pest control needs to be a bit more aggressive
