Oocation

There were baby cockroaches on the counter & climbing up the wall. The cutlery & glasses were different sizes & types. There were 2 silver teaspoons & 2 plastic teaspoons. The bath towel had bleach stained & was very old & worn.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Host made regular daily contact and was always willing to help. Well situated in Umhlanga and only 2km from Umhlanga main beach. My daughter went for a mani/Pedi treatment at the Spar in the Urban hotel side & was unfortunately disappointed & gave them a 3 out 10 rating which they need to work on in the future.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The place didn't have coffee , and had lots of cockroaches , needs to be fumigated
