Urban Park Apartment

The place was very neat and comfortable, everything we needed for our stay was available and we enjoyed so much. our host Vijay was soo helpful and patient with us.

Flat had been fumigated. Was told this on check in. spent the whole night killing cockroaches. flat is in serious need of a deep clean. Have been trying to contact Booking.com to raise a dispute and request a refund.

The fridge wasn't clean, the taps not wiped The towels were old, Needs 4 bath towels for 4 guests . Needs new 4 cups for 4 guests Bed linen Needs some attention Needs hairdryer Floors under beds need some sweeping Fumigation for roaches

My family and myself did not sleep up until 5 in the morning due to someone running on the roof and trying to open the window....I called the landlord and his response was it was not in his control and that we should call the security...I had even woke up the neighbors for help.

The place was very nice, we wish we cud have had more time at the place. We have too book again.

Wish there only more bathing towels. 2x bath towels for 4 adults didnt work out.
