Ultra Modern Studio Apartment, in Central Exeter

Good location clean and spacious Coffee machine

Low shower pressure Forgot to message me with code and parking info - had to chase - No milks (shown on pictures) just tea bags coffee etc

The property was absolutely lovely, very clean, tidy and lovely layout. It felt very comfortable and homely. I will 100% be attending this property again for when I come down to Exeter again.

On arrival the door handle of the front door was broken, but there is a key access at the top of the door to actually open the door. Other then that the apartment was absolutely amazing.

Location, cleanliness and facilities just perfect.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. Could do with a firm mattress.

My stay was wonderful, in this incredibly clean and organized apartment, close to everything. The host was super kind.

Great location, very close to most bars and restaurants, as well as historical sights. A perfectly adequate sized studio for a couple and two pet dogs. Bed was comfortable and has a nice large screen TV connected to internet services, didn't appear to have a terrestrial aerial connection.

Had to get up a bit earlier than ideal on our first morning to allow a repair person to replace the shower, this also took longer than estimated but this didn't have any serious impact to our schedule. The new shower, whilst located in a stylish and spacious bathroom, wasn't great due to low water pressure and the necessity to have the water at maximum temperature. It will be better when the weather is warmer. A couple of the power sockets in the apartment were found to not be working, no problem for us but the host might not be aware.

Beautifully decorated and clean. Great location and very comfortable.

The shower temperature was a bit hard to navigate at first but soon sorted it out.
