Ultra Modern Studio Apartment, in Central Exeter

Beautifully decorated and clean. Great location and very comfortable.

The shower temperature was a bit hard to navigate at first but soon sorted it out.

The flat is very conveniently located next to the city center and all the stores you need. Most features of the apartment were recently renovated (with exceptions). The value for money is quite high. I would definitely return.

Communication with the host wasn't particularly smooth as I had to wait in front of the door for the key lock code in the freezing cold for 20 minutes. The apartment was cold upon my arrival as the only small electric heater was switched off. The small electric heater isn't quite enough to keep the apartment warm (although to be fair it's been extremely cold outside during those days, so perhaps it's an exception).
