2 Bed Townhouse Eyre Square City Centre

Excellent location! Around the corner from the Expressway bus and the train station. Two blocks away was the pick up for our Wild Atlantic Way bus tour. Easy walking to see the city. Loved having a two bedroom townhouse to ourselves.

Bedrooms were tiny, but comfortable.

Beds were comfortable and clean. There is a washer and dryer, which is nice. Location is excellent.

The place is mildew-y (which had a strong odor). We had to air the place out multiple times, and ran the dehumidifier. The place lacks any homey touches, which makes it a bit of a depressing place. Common spaces need a deep cleaning.

The apartment is right in the center, very good location. It is comfortable enough for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean as well. The street is quiet. A big plus are the drier and washing machine.

The apartment needs an upgrade/fixing. It also needs a deep clean (it wasn't dirty, but not super clean). There were a few cobwebs but they weren't a bother. The kitchen utensils and pans need cleaning. The kitchen and the bathroom need a small upgrade.

These guys were superheroes

The location of this property is absolutely fab, just a short walk away from the main streets but far enough away for it to be fairly quiet. Collecting the keys was easy peasy and the hosts were kind enough to give us a late checkout which I pre-arranged with them.

It's pretty minging dirty and could really do with a deep deep clean everywhere but for the price that you pay it could be worst!
