2 Bed Townhouse Eyre Square City Centre

Location was very good.

Bed was not double size bed. Shower over the bath is not ideal. Washing machine didn’t spin clothes enough. Clothes drier not working properly. Turn hot water on when we get there! All this, for the price, should have been on & checked. Owner was a reasonable man, he refunded the money for the second night. Talk about…..sweating the assets!

Kitchenette was great. Location fabulous.

We found the double bed squashy and uncomfortable and very hot with no top sheet.

It’s a great location and reasonably priced

Toaster didn’t work, the upstairs wooden floor was very sticky with drink and the kitchen utensils/plates were very dirty, the moisture collectors in each bedroom were all completely full they need replaced because the place is damp,

Amazing location, great host and lovely cosy house

Could be cold in toilet, but once heating on was fine

Very small appartment Uncomfortable and small beds The room with the double bed is terribly musty The bathroom is damp and musty it cannot be properly ventilated The kitchen is horribly cluttered The owner should make a full renovation
