"Niestety ale apartament wymaga remontu, meble są już bardzo wysłużone, ściany brudne."

Jedyny plus tego miejsca to bliskość do dworca pkp Gdynia Główna.

Okropny smród z odpływu umywalki w łazience, który roznosił się na cały apartament. Słabo wyposażony aneks kuchenny, nie było patelni, a kran w zlewie prosi się o wyczyszczenie. Kaloryfery zarówno w pokoju jak i w łazience całe brudne.
