"Fajne mieszkanie ale z zastrzeżeniami"

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronne wnętrze, zadbana klatka schodowa, miła obsługa.

Brzydki zapach z łazienkowej kanalizacji rozchodzący się po mieszkaniu, brudne, poplamione kołdry (w czystych poszewkach), kanapa z uszkodzonym oparciem, brudne rolety w oknie kuchennym, brak ociekacza do naczyń, zużyty kran w kuchni z którego woda ochlapuje pół blatu, białe zasłony niezdające egzaminu w słoneczne dni, niekompletne sztućce... fajne mieszkanie ale czasy świetności ma niestety za sobą.
