Very affordable.

The units are not equipped with aircons. During February you would at the least expect a fan in your unit. I had to ask the caretaker for a fan, which I got then.

The location is very good and the room is very spacious

There is always no one at the reception but that's fine. You can just knock on the owner's room's door =)
