The Staff are helpful and it is in a great location. Close to restaurants and Shops.

The interior is a little outdated and the internet speed is terrible.

Good value for money. The apartment has a comfy bed, sitting area, enough cupboard space for clothes and coathangers, a TV, bathroom with hot water, kitchen is well equipped for basic needs, fairly good wifi, off-street parking. It was very appreciated to have free tea and coffee for at least a day or two until you sort yourself out. The information brochure in the room covers all you need to know. There´s a laundry across the road where you can wash your clothes for a decent price and it´s very central so shops and (fast food) restaurants are within a few minutes on foot. The room was cleaned every day during the week, unfortunately not on Saturday and Sunday.

The whole apartment block has seen better days, no doubt. It´s all a bit old and tired and old style. The bathroom in particular looked dirty because it´s old but it´s just stained and still good value for money. There is nothing that will help you through loadshedding - no candles or solar lights - so if you don´t want to end up sitting in pitch-darkness, arrive prepared.

The dirty marks on the carpet and benches could be cleaned better after every check out and before the next check in
