"Do not book this appartment! A complete scam!"

The location is fine, but that is the only positive thing about Santa Clara Appartment.

The appartment is listed as a non-smoking appartment. Upon arrival - as soon as we opened the door - a strong smell of cigaretsmoke hit us. The lady that handed over the keys agreed with us, but couldn’t help with the problem. Booking.com tried several times (and we tried ourselves as well) to get help through the agency behind the appartment, but without any luck. Finally the agency refused to cancel the reservation. The appartment is (even without the smell of smoke) very sparsely/poorly furnished. Almost no kitchen equipment, so guests can’t really use the kitchen. Not even for a cup of coffee. The free standing electrical heater didn’t work and we had to have open windows due to the smell. It was freezing cold in January in Girona. The pictures of the appartment on booking.com are not showing the real/actual furniture that is in the appartment. No nice sofa for example…. The lack of service and lack of communication is the worst we have ever experienced. And we travel a lot in many different european countries.

Повних жах нерви зіпсовані

Зовсім не сподобалося ми заплатили за номер , потім з нами звязалися не зрозуло хто і сказали що нам потрібно заплатити заставу за ключ страховку в розмірі 200 євро бо нам не дадуть ключі і не пускали нас в квартиру , клялися потім віддати гроші , а тепер пишуть всяку дурню щоб не віддавати гроші , зіпсували весь настрій і нервову систему, квартира брудна спальня жахлива так воняло ціллю що ми змушені буспати у вітальні , не раджу ,бережіть свої нерви
