Location CANNOT be beat, in center of anywhere you would want to go; allows for great walks to any location.

Very spacious accommodation, all conceivable requirements in place. 5th floor gave great view across city, both lifts modern and reliable. No noise from neighbouring residences. Central location with access to tram a few yards away and metro just a couple of hundred yards.

Internet and tv reception very intermittent , more off than on !

The location is great.

There was a bug problem in the apartment. We discovered numerous cellar bettles in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. To the point wherein we were afraid to buy any food to bring back home.

Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious.

The entrance of the building has an awful smell. Also the toilet has a bad smell. The host refused to keep our luggage for only 2 hours.

We did not receive the self-check in details that we were told that we would receive. The phone number that we were given to contact, on our arrival, was not answered. We called repeatedly. We also emailed the email address a number of times. After over 30 minutes (the first part of which was standing outside in the rain until a resident let us in to the foyer), we received a response to our email and were able to call the number attached to that email and obtain the entry codes. The floors were not well cleaned in the bathroom and kitchen. The toilet seat had dried urine spots. There is a lot of mould on the ceiling of that bathroom and the bedroom was musty. The wall heaters were not working although there was an air con/heating unit. We enjoyed aspects of the apartment incl the location but for the price expected more.
