good location

No paper towels, not enough shampoo and body wash. I did not get an email to access the building, when I call the help desk the lady who picked up the phone was hostile and not helpful at all. I had to repeat myself and call again in order to gain access to the building.

Lovely apartment in the middle of Bairro Alto. Great to stay with a group of friends.

The only thing that would have been nice is to have an extra set of keys, we were with four and was sometimes not practical.

It’s in the center of the city, and just a few minutes by walk to attractions. Rooms are good.

Although it is easy to get there, however, it is not easy to find the building since there is no address number. The lobby is very old and looks like unoccupied with moist smell. When you access the building to get the room key, it’s confused when there are 2 key boxes (one on the wall, another on the door). The key is in one of them! It takes time to access the room actually! And the person who answered the phone line is not really friendly.

The location was excellent. We had a bit of trouble with communication as we didn't have a data plan when we first arrived and they wouldn't provide any details for keys etc. until the exact check-in time when we wouldn't be near free wifi. This made check-in challenging for us. The place was great - spacious, comfortable beds, room darkening shutters, kitchen equipped with all dishes for cooking/eating.

The black mould in the bathroom around all the bathtub jets and grout. Also would have been really nice to have a few basics such as salt, pepper, oil etc. in kitchen which was fully equipped for cooking but when only there for a few days and travelling, it isn't feasible to buy the little bits and it is such a small thing to provide in comparison to the cost and would make it so much better for most travellers. Most accommodations we have stayed in have a few basics to cook with - in particular when the kitchen has so many dishes, pots, pans etc for cooking/eating.

The location was great and the apartment spacious.

The apartment furniture and decor is old and tired, with mould in the bathroom. The neighbours were very noisy especially in the middle of the night which caused disturbed sleep.

Luggage storage

Although I understand they didn't open until 9am and our flight had an earlier arrival; the associates were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. This is when we arrived and then again, hours later when we picked up the keys.
